Our Environmental Sustainability Framework (ESF), endorsed by the executive leadership team in October 2013, demonstrates our understanding that our actions are important to our customers and community, as well as to our business outcomes, and facilitated the enterprise-wide transition from a strong foundation of carbon management to a value-driven perspective.
