It is a story of individuals dedicated to restoring the health of Australias inland waterways. Their target,  to control the most significant, environmentally damaging pest ever introduced into the Australian water system, the European Carp.  Charlie Carp has turned an unwanted pest into a resource capable of being used to further improve the environment. Importantly the conversion of carp into a liquid fish emulsion is done with little or no wastage throughout the production cycle. The mission of Charlie Carp is to manufacturer innovative products in a sustainable manner. Charlie Carp is now environmentally recognizable consumer brand that provides the opportunity for all consumers to help contribute to a better environment. Dr. Kingsfords research, media coverage and partnerships helped save the river, when threatened by water resource development, culminating in a historical river agreement signed by Premiers.
