Entries are sought from: Government Partnerships, Business, Community, Organisations, Educational Institutions, Not -For-Profits, Social Enterprises and Individuals.
The winner will;
Your submission needs to address the following 6 criteria;
Compile an introductory profile on your group or project/initiative including your position, approach, and relevance within the community or marketplace.
Define the need for this program/initiative/business and outline your objectives and key performance indicators.
Define the methodology, processes and resources used.
Describe and measure your key achievements, detailing the impact you’re having and any new partnerships that have emerged. Provide results and where applicable compare against similar projects/initiatives or any industry standards.
Detail the innovative aspects of this project/initiative by illustrating how you have challenged orthodoxies, harnessed trends, understood needs and leveraged resources.
