The winner will;
Your submission needs to address the following 6 criteria:
Compile an organisational profile including where relevant, the organisation’s culture, structure and position within the community or marketplace.
Define the need for this program/initiative and outline your objectives and key performance indicators.
Define the methodology, processes and resources used.
Describe and measure your key achievements, detailing the impact you’re having. Provide results and where applicable compare against current initiatives and any industry standards.
Detail the innovative aspects of this program/initiative by highlighting any breakthroughs, creative thought or exciting developments.
