BANKSIA IGNITE AT VIVID SYDNEY
On June 15th, 2018 Banksia Ignite was held at the Museum of Contemporary Arts Sydney. The event ran from 8:45am until 4:30pm.
The goal of the event was to introduce and bring the SDGs from a static, academic and corporate environment into a collaborative, practical and progressive open forum.
The event was created to create discussion, open dialogue and partnerships going forward around the 17 SDGs throughout the entire Australian community, not just business and government. This would then foster, support, encourage and grow partnerships that deliver good practice around the SDGs in Australia and establish a commitment in identifying areas that individuals, collectives and organisations can work towards over the next year around the SDGs.
