Entries are sought from: Businesses with less than 200 full time employees.
The winner will;
Your submission needs to address the following 6 criteria:
Compile an organisational profile including where relevant; your culture, structure and position within the community and/or marketplace.
Define the need for your business and its initiatives, outline your objectives and key performance indicators.
Define the methodology, processes and resources used.
Describe and measure your key achievements, detailing the impact you’re having and any new partnerships that have emerged. Provide results and where applicable compare against any existing initiatives, competitors and/or industry standards.
Detail the innovative aspects of this business by illustrating how you have challenged orthodoxies, harnessed trends, understood needs and leveraged resources.
