Your submission needs to address the following 6 criteria:
Compile an introductory profile on your organisation or application/concept including, your position, approach, and relevance within the community or marketplace.
Define the need for this application/concept and outline your objectives and key performance indicators.
Define the methodology, processes and resources used.
Describe and measure your key achievements, detailing the impact you’re having or intend to have and any new partnerships that have emerged. Provide any results or data collected and where applicable compare against similar applications or any industry standards.
Detail the innovative aspects of this application/concept by illustrating how you have challenged orthodoxies, harnessed trends, understood needs and leveraged resources.
